These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded through BYIGOR PARFUMS websites and internet hosting.

Any natural or legal person who has made a payment to BYIGOR via the Stripe payment platform or directly to our account by check, Money Order or bank transfer is considered a customer.

Ordered

Any order placed on a site belonging to BYIGOR PARFUMS implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Product Information

BYIGOR presents on its websites the products for sale with the necessary characteristics to comply with article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code, which provides the possibility for the potential consumer to know before the order the essential characteristics of the products that he wants to buy.

Price

The prices are indicated in euros and are only valid on the date of the order by the consumer. When VAT is applicable, the prices take into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. The price of items may be changed at any time. Payment methods

Delivery

Refund

Return and withdrawal period of 7 working days and refund within 1 month subject to non-consumption of the product and return without packaging defects.
