Delivery
The delivery takes place immediately after his order and within a maximum period of 48 hours, the consumer will receive, at the e-mail address he has indicated, all the information allowing him to connect to the member area and thus access the products
BYIGOR cannot be held responsible for a delivery time not respected by the carrier. Upon delivery, in the event of loss, BYIGOR undertakes to return the product or reimburse the customer only after the carrier has officially declared the loss of the package.
This provision therefore does not apply to products indicated as “delivered” by Transport tracking. Parcels that will be returned to us for lack of addressing or non-complaint may be re-shipped for a re-shipment charge but may not give rise to any refund.
